Nature of Service: The portal facilitates booking of clinical diagnostic tests. Amrita Labs reserves the right to outsource specialized tests to accredited partner labs where necessary.
Sample Collection & Logistics: For outsourced services, the "Sending Lab" is responsible for sample integrity and cold chain maintenance. For individuals, the "Home Collection" service is subject to geographic availability.
Turnaround Time (TAT): TAT is indicative. Clinical complexities or the need for repeat testing for accuracy may delay results.
Doctor’s Prescription: Certain clinical tests require a valid doctor’s prescription as per Indian medical regulations.
Limitation of Liability: Amrita Labs is a diagnostic facilitator. Results must be clinically correlated by a treating physician. The lab is not liable for medical decisions made solely based on automated reports.
