Cancellation by User:
Prior to Sample Collection: 100% refund (minus a nominal 5% payment gateway processing fee) if cancelled 12 hours before the slot.
Post Sample Collection: No refund will be entertained once the sample has been collected or reached the laboratory.
Cancellation by Amrita Labs:
If a test cannot be performed due to equipment downtime or reagent unavailability, a full refund or a free reschedule will be offered.
Sample Rejection: If a sample is rejected by the lab (e.g., Hemolysed, Insufficient Quantity, Clotted), Amrita Labs will provide a one-time free re-collection. If the user refuses re-collection, a 50% refund will be processed to cover logistics costs.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
